I have owned all iPhones but the first one. I will skip this one. My iPhone X is still really good and in mint condition. Battery health is at 100% since launch date. I insist don't mind dropping $1K every year, actually less trading in or selling. I know I would buy the 512gb iPhone Xs max if I bought it. $1500 is a lot now that I have a family and Baby. I do have my eyes on the apple watch series 4 with cellular. I'm definitely dropping money on that.

I don't see real reason to shot 4k videos, mostly just waste of space and If you upload the video somewhere they will ruin the quality of your video anyway.
These days when your music and movies are in cloud you can easily survive with 64gb. First i bought bigger models, but went back to smaller because noticed very few things take your space.

Kudos to the author! Eye opening article to any iPhone fan or people who can still considering wasting their precious money on one of those useless Apple products. 64gb iPhone will run out of space in no time considering you will use 4k 60fps recording. So as usual you are limited to small storage space as a Apple user, with no ways to upgrade. If you take Android top phones they give you: more internal memory + SD card support, fast chargers included, bigger batteries and longer usage within charges, 3.5mm jacks, better software features considering Android is best smartphone OS with no stupid Apple restrictions. Think again clearly before getting any Apple production again :))

Iphone are for narrowly educated people who know nothing about technology. When I do business with a customer who own an iPhone. I put my price up as I know that those people are superficial and naive.
