maximus, 06 Nov 2007I have a good qestion?lets say if i buy this phone the luxu... moreI got one now for 4 years and I love it!! still a great headturning phone and I am a proper man mate! if you like the phone then buy it yer? but be warned the battery life is shit! but its still one of the best phones on the market even now.

good n lovely motto for house hold women.easy to kept in hand bag.reasonable price.i love motto much.my hubby gift me first time

I purchased one of these phones. The only problem is that it only works with MTN or Cell C. Not Vodacom!!!!

Generally looks OK!, features are little bit higher than previous version, you will not dissappointed to buy this hp

OMGGGGG so true, this "luxury" edition is gonna be in the hands of everyone and anyone who could afford it and that means you cant be original neither can you make a fashion statement with it!!! like the so called "limited" edition D&G V3i which was available to everyone and anyone and the guy that works at the 7/11 has one, thats to tell you how this luxury edition gonna be distributed as soon as the price drops after a period of time! so i want something more premium!!! something the posers wont have!! ;)

Mate... read my comments again.
I said I WISH the new razr was not everywhere and last on the market share list... ONLY THEN would it be exclusive... never said it was an exclusive phone like i OBVIOUSLY stated about the ORIGINAL Razr... duh!!!! Also... your bias has already caused you to forget that it's YOU who mentioned the "3rd place" on the market share list.
Using the ferrari or Merc or Benz Vs Toyota is only an analogy for your info. Plus it was used bcos you felt high sales volumes backed up your baseless argument by asking for me to respond to "why Moto has dropped to 3rd" in market share and to provide facts. Aint got time for all that so tried to let u realise that i dont want 50m sold... just 1 if possible as long as it's mine but hey, i aint greedy so let the good people who have good taste get their too... all i know is my phone looks waaaaaaaay better than yours, has Crystal call so calls are unbelieveably clear... sends texts quick and beautifully... damn man i can even schedule my MMS messages to send when i want it to send like write it now but send on vals day next year at 0:00am so i dont forget... cam takes brill pics... video shots are brill and i can record up to 2 hour video... surf the web with opera 8.5... the phone talks... i can read and reply to texts using the external screen... and of course i get mad phone numbers cos all the honies luv it.
Now thats gangsta! What u gonna do about that? lol

If you follow my comments in those nokia models forum then you wont be posting what you just said.
And from when moto razr became so exclusive? Its not even a toyota to compare with. Everyone has it at one point of time. Over 50 millions sale after all. Adding tattos or making it gold plated might make it exclusive to you. But it doesnt make it so exclusive to me. I would love to see a different model. period.

I wish Motorola was last on the list of manufacturers for my own selfish reasons... so it wont be everywhere like the original Razr was. If that makes u happy... brilliant... makes me happy too. Same way the guy with the Ferrari is glad he one of the selected few and not the run of the mill car that every other person and their moms has. I.e... do u go around laughing at the guy in the Ferrari saying "hahaha look he's driving a Ferrari insteads of a Toyota"??? or do u go round nagging about those driving Mercs or Audi's which are everywhere... but are not the number 1 selling car manufacturers in the world? i dont think so... kinda weird why u do it to Motorola... i't will be nice to see you also nag say... the Vertu phone or the Nokia/luna 8600 which have almost nothing in terms of features/2mpx cam, stupidly expensive and is owned by Nokia.
Your reasoning and judgement is very biased with double standards and quite funny really.

So, Kal, you're basically saying that if you're upgrading you don't have a choice? You HAVE TO take a Motorola? Not in my country.
And the sales argument? I could care less. If my Motorola was the only one in my city, I'd be even happier because I don't want a phone everyone else has and I can't afford a Vertu. Why do stupid, similar-looking, simple phones sell better? Why is the average IQ in my, your or anyone else's country around 85? Draw conclusions.

How do you counter the fact that your beloved moto is no more in 2nd place. right? well just a simple suggestion live with it.
yeh you are right those who love moto will remain with moto no matter what..and let me tell you why, coz most of you most probably get a free upgrade or pay only few bucks to get a new phone. Those who spend their hard earned money to get a phone, moto is not even a choice. Do you pay less for a 2mp cam? NO! rest you should figure out! cheers!!
