Good move. Nokia regaining his strength and prepare for a war. Good chipsets, finally sth new than old qualcomms. Those chipsets with Nokia software and CZ optics will make wonderful images.
And phones will be amazingly powerful.

As im typing this i cant even see my text in landscape, the build quality isnt that nice apart from the screen. No FM transmitter which Nokia had years ago. Apps are sometimes not optimised for dual core and are slow as they are on a Nokia N8. And no rotating homescreen. Full flash is useless on a screen this size and obtrusive. Disappointed. WP or iphone next for me.

I have a sony DSC-TX 100with 16.2 mp and 1080p AVHCD video recording. you know what avchd is?? It is blu-ray native format. No mobile will overcome it in the next 2 years. So comapact cameras will always be a choice for real good pictures and movies if you want a have in archive real photos. But it is true that mobile is always with you and in case of an accident or a splash video with your naked niece it is better to have the best possible photo-video mobile, but ifi you know you will trip in Hawaii or Tierra de Fuego, it is recommanded to take a real camera with you

Everything in android is where it should be and everything is self explanatory. Much like IOS.
And regarding the bugs and crashes. Are you people serious? My galaxy S never had any crashes or bugs in 1 year in wich im using it. Still get 2 days of battery life of moderate usage.
Who lies to you and tells you android is buggy and hard to figure out? My last phone was a Samsung brick. When i got this galaxy S i knew my way arround it right away and i had never touched an android be4.
Bugs? Seriously stop it .
Some crashes may occur when custom roming your phone (understandable right?) Or some carriers may be stupid and implement some incopatibilities with some apps.
Its not android's fault for those.

Samsung and nokia bouth promice new chipsets capable of suporting 20 mpx and 5 mpx front.
Why are we still stuck on 8 mpx cameras? I want to see those new sensors from sony and samsung . The 16 mpx back iluminated sensors and new optics would definetly create some fuzz and bring an end to portable copact cameras.They should have been replaced by phones long ago.

Witness how even a single core Lumia 800 will sell very well, know why? Because it works, and will do what the customers want, without any fuss.
There is a reason WP7 went more with the iOS philosophy as opposed to Android, despite having the chance to go either way.
Already, as predicted, we are now feeling more 'buzz' around WP7, after the Nokia launch as predicted. I am very optimistic for this OS in 2012.

samsung galaxy s2 is superior than lumia 800 in major issues:
1-android is by far more friendly,stylish,quick,free of limitations than windows
2-sgs 2 have 1080p video recording supported by dual core processor
3-display diagonal and quality is very far away at samsung vs. any nokia. i compared sgs2 with nokia n9 side to side and samsung is smashing
