To each his own. It's good to have Samsung, Apple, HTC etc etc. It simply means we have a lot to choose from. So what if someone prefers one over the other? It's called the RIGHT to make a CHOICE! The mobile world would really be boring if we only had one mobile phone. Stop the hating.
On this topic, it's good for Apple to acknowledge it does have a problem. It just shows they are listening. For the longest time, it seems as if they weren't.

[deleted post]I agree with him. The Galaxy S 2 were overhyped by geeks but that's about it. It's not as great as geeks makes it out to be and it may be the best selling Android smartphone but it's nowhere as in demand as the iPhone.
The SGS II is an overhyped POS device. Even my Nokia N8 is better.

LOL I do admit that Nokias have very good battery life. I was a Nokia owner for about 10 years but then switched to smartphones. When it comes to smartphones, I think Nokia fall behind iPhones and Androids. But when your talking low to mid range phones, Nokia dominate that end of the market.
Now when it comes to speed, the iPhone has proven to be the fastest out there (benchmark tests show that only a non mobile aka the iPad is faster). When it comes to an mobile operating system, there are far too many people who are fully satisfied with the iOS. Not to discredit Android though, they are an excellent alternative, but in my opinion and those of many experts, the iOS is the most polished OS out there.
Obviously we can all argue all night on whats the better phone - Android fans will stick by their handsets, Apple fans will do the same with theirs. But the fact that even a basic article like a battery fix attracts so many Android and Nokia fans, surely that proves how good the iPhone is and that people want to comment anything remotely negative about an iPhone in order to justify their non Apple device.
Each to their own, but deep down people know how good an iPhone is :)

and clones? so they are all exact copies of each other? that's obviously true, because they all look the same and have the same screens, processors etc.im not putting Apple down because admittedly the iPhone are a good range of phones however you seem to think they are the only phones and feel the need to degrade every other mobile phone company there is! to be perfectly honest with you, the iPhone 4s and all the other i phones are just like any other fone but with those few features that make them differ from another phone and other phones have some things they dont have for example, a 12 megapixel camera or super AMOLED plus display

the problem is these phone makers keep trying to develop their phones and you guys keep on buying them. I seriously think that its time for users to patiently wait for the new and better phones to come out.

And people, stop comparing Android to Apple. Android is SOFTWARE, not HARDWARE. Apple makes HARDWARD (as well as it's own OS).
Regardless, the point is, don't compare the iPhone to just any Android. There are many tiers of droid phones.

You're kidding right? Samsung has a huge line of products, not JUST the galaxy line.
Any how can you even say their phone's are clones when there is no external difference at all between the 4 and the 4s? Not to mention the iPhone 1,2,3,3G...

I upgraded my ipod touch to ios 5 and its so slow, the screen freezes and now the volume buttons works at a slower rate. Apple will say you're not holding the device right!! It's your fault.
Samsung's wifi detection connects so fast and the web pages comes up really fast.

mmmm, 03 Nov 2011There is more then one market out there, sammy bring out se... moreSamsung bring out hundreds of phones a year, gets to a point where the phone before loses its exclusiveness and makes the user feel "damn, why didnt I just wait for the next Samsung to come out, I could have saved so much money as well on this one as this phone has dropped a lot in price after just 1 month"......
Apple dont need that many phones. 1 superb, lovable phone is enough. But people still have the iPhone 4 and 3GS if they want a cheaper alternative :)
Be honest, you have no idea how good iPhones are, just like many Android users out there. I have owned a Samsung Galaxy S2, used a HTC Desire S and Wildfire. I like Android, I really do as its a brilliant alternative to Apple. But its just not as good, believe me.
And speaking of Samsung, if I ever were to switch to Android again for any reason, id rather go with HTC than a Samsung. Samsung are full of glitches and really one to avoid.
