Anonymous, 27 Sep 2018you dont get it, and thats ok! Glad youre not in charge of ... moreWell, I get that with current technology you probably can't make a screen that can fully close, but it would still be a very useful thing to have, when the technology becomes good enough to do that.

The technology is impressive, but this doesn't look very useful. I'd rather have a phone that folds like the Axon M, but with a single, seamless screen.

[deleted post]Let me finish your sentence for you.

"Another fake Lienovo product to fool poor Android users that can't afford an iPhone that manage to fool it's users"

Lenovo is not most trustworthy company.

Besides, that looks... ugly, you can't even fold it all the way, and at the end of the day - why would I want that?

matt00112233, 27 Sep 2018What’s the point of this honestly?I would imagine we could wear them on our wrist. if we need full screen we unbend it

What’s the point of this honestly?

it already failed the bend test

Such attempts are pointless... It must be well thought through. You can't hide it in a pocket, note it is perfectly foldable...

                                  When it's released:
"Lenovo is a global leader in mobile phone technology and keeps pushing innovation beyond conventions. Based on our groundbreaking Progressive Bezels technology, we are thrilled to announce the all new Lenovo XF, which is the second foldable smartphone to ever get commercialized. Unique key features revolving around foldable are "AI Folding" which, using blast processing AI, determines when to keep the device folded after you folded it, a glass dispenser powered by blast technology, and auto-ignore technology that is guaranteed to block 100% of annoying calls which is unheard of in the world!"

                                    Stop.

That is such an incompetent "design"!
If you need any advice on how to make it work, call me. Or ask anyone not on your R&D department, Lenovo. :)

As I remember Nokia demoed prototype phone called Kinetic with bending capability in 2011.
