Obviously the P20 Pro will score much higher on things like Zoom and Bokeh since it has three lenses. And that would drag the total score for the P20 Pro way higher.

People, like you, love to accused those who disagree with you as a fanboy of the opposite brand. There's a difference between having a phone and being a fanboy. Just because I have a Huawei phone, doesn't mean I'll agree with or blindly accept what they do.
Having a higher total DxOMark score doesn't mean the phone it's better, because right now DxOMark loves to focus on superfluous things like Zoom and Bokeh. Comparing the subscores of the Pixel 2 vs, the P20 Pro for example shows that it scores higher on Exposure, Color, Autofocus and Texture. While the P20 Pro scores much higher on things like Zoom and Bokeh, which obviously drags the total score higher.
Personally, the P20 Pro camera system is just gimmicky at best. Having three cameras to do what other phones can do just as good with just one camera shows that they're not really that good at what they do.

Dont need to be die hard, blind and no brain fans, just accept that P20 pro is better. I have seen by my eyes for both phones, P20 pro are ahead, ahead compare with all phone you can purchase today. If you're iPhone fans than wait until 2020 to get iPhone that can beat P20 pro in camera ranking and reality.

iPhone should release iPhone SE2, current timeline is different when iPhone SE was out there.

P20 Pro pictures, for example, don't even look natural (many say it looks like a watercolor painting) despite having the highest DxOMark scores. DxOMark puts too much focus nowadays on superfluous things like Bokeh and Zoom and not enough on what actually matters on camera quality like Contrast, Exposure and White Balance. If you're looking at DxOMark scores, focus on the subscores related to camera quality and not the total score.

Come on, stop using DxOMark as a reference already, they're a fraud. They literally sell image processing services to companies, so which one do you think will have the highest score? The companies who paid for their "expertise" or the ones that didn't?

I don't trust dxomark's scores. When I saw comparisons of the p20 pro and htc u12+. It was obvious that the u12+ was providing far better results yet it got a lower score

Dxomark tests are extremely good. The tests are performed using a hundred and hundred of photos. In the end, using a program they made a comparasion, measuring key points as color, detail, textures and other's. So, you can't say this tests are wrong or fake.
