Anonymous, 09 Nov 2011Why on earth would you WANT to have two videos playing at o... more- It is for playing music videos, if I have other tasks to perform, just listen to the song & not watch the action. Same way I listen to youtube music vid on my PC, why you think the developer for the app add in the option.
- So that dont have to pause, search where's the other vid, then click to play. And yes, same way it performs on a desktop/laptop.

AnonD-252, 08 Nov 2011Why would anyone want to have every single open browser-win... moreIf you need to ask me why live multitasking cards are better than icons, you blew it. really, it is so obvious why that is a better solution. Why don't you go and try a N9, and you will see.
About the GS2 batter cover video, granted, it didn't break, but it still feels extremely flimsy.

Issak, 08 Nov 2011It wouldn't surprise me if it didn't get use - the Nokia N9... morehi thanks for a reply. I have seen the mirror app and what a waste of time. My N900 supported video calling through skype fair enough the quality was not great but it was better to be able to use it than just have it for no reason. why bother incliding it if you cant use it ! please sort it out Nokia

Why on earth would you WANT to have two videos playing at once???
If I'm watching a video and want to switch to another I WANT the first to pause. Same goes for if I have to edit a doc. I don't want the vid to carry on.
Oh and nearly every phone restarts the vid from where you left off so not sure why people are quoting that as though it's revolutionary. In fact I thought it was standard til I first tried the stock android player on my HTC legend and realised that android didn't think it was a good idea. They may have updated since but I gave up on android many moons ago because of poor media playing qualities, lags and general sloppiness of the OS.

The Nokia N9 is a great product, with a great OS (if Nokia wouldn't have jumped ship a while back it have been even better), but the only problem is that it's almost two years late. This is a phone that belongs in the same category as Samsung Galaxy S, Apple Iphone 4 and HTC Desire S.
If the HW part would be more advanced (dual core CPU and improved GPU) than it would really be the salvation for Nokia but if they continue in this way (to be always behind a few years compared to their competitors) than their future will not be that bright.

Anonymous, 08 Nov 2011yes it really strange how much attention they put to the &q... moreIt will going to be a slow death for N9. Much like how the N900 have gone through. They still want profit from a doomed OS. Unlike what HP does to Palm, that they just pulled out the plug.

I know. I find it very WEIRD what Nokia is doing to a dead OS... Well probably its just to give the phone a kickstart. afterall its just released and they want it to be cool as any phone that is consindered ot be its competition... Im a nokia Fan boy BTW and i have my n97 and n86... Both great phones but memory partitioning sucks... Love GPS though... NOTHING can beat it till today.
