Pixel 3 capped at 5W wireless charging on non-Google-approved chargers

The Pixel 3 and 3 XL are also the only ones that can charge at 10W on the new Pixel Stand.

Qi is industrial standard, it doesn't need do be approved by any company that decided to get extra penny on unnecessary certification. Shameful behavior. Don't think these phones worth to buy at all.

    Next year they will be having a proprietary port. Mark my words.

        Besides the camera and latest updates, there is literally no reason to keep buying Pixel phones. Every year they have constant issues and, in this case, also limit your charging abilities. Not to mention no headphone jack.

        Pitiful.
