RIM needs to step up to the plate & stop with the same devices over and over.. they make phones and then 3-6 months later they release another version with no more than 3 extra features from the previous.. do they really expect to stay in the market by doing this??? honestly i luv my bb... so word of advice to RIM. "QUALITY.... NOT QUANTITY"

Blackberry should just start targeting the budget market and stop making phone of 600$. It's so bad to see them actually announce these phones, it's embarrassing. Forget about the specs, just look at the 9790. It's the 9700. That's a 4 year old phone. Annoys not like they inproved the battery? Lol. Thr 9900 and all the new bb have horrible battery life , why would anyone waste their money? For bbm? Your insulting yourselves

BlackBerry hasn't even been able to supply the Curve 9360 and Torch 9810... (They're already two weeks behind the pre-announced release date they gave my telco, taking orders for more than a month now and still no unit has been delivered yet.) Yet they already announced models from the next line of BlackBerry... That bad CRM and PR... BlackBerry is in tough weather...

Blackberry did not release any device during Sep 2010 to July 2011 and now with the bbx platform annouced and expected to be released in Q1-2 of 2012.
i simply do not understand releasing phones with BB OS7 platform unless they gurantee that these devices could be updated to bbx. with contracts lenghts running 24 months it will hold back alot of potential customer and further more will look else where, as current BB platform is no way par with android, ioS and even windows has caught up abit( i have been using BB's and still do and have also used android and iphone, so im commenting with experience and not bashing one or the other).
Rim should have in my opinion worked more hard and released a bbx based handset for the christmas period.

Still the same old boring stuff from RIM will they ever make different form factors, I would think the designer at RIM has such a hard job to think of all these different designs.
I fear Blackberry are going to fall so far behind and go bankrupt.

Samsung wave has better features ,the only thing about the blackberry i like is the bis apart from that the phone is toooooooooooooooo slow

Contrary to the international market, in Indonesia this will sell like hotcakes.. the people there don't even give a thing for iPhone or Android phones, much less for WP.. there, blackberry is the hottest smartphone, accounting like half the number of phones sold, maybe more, even the government tried to bring in RIM itself to Indonesia.. seriously, what is BBM is for when you have multi-platform IM services like whatsapp? It used to be a reputable business smartphone brand.. but now, it's more like a cheap phone..
