How the hell Mi8 add a back glass without wireless charging? remove 3.5 jack without adding stereo speaker? High score camera in DxO is kinda suspicious, i try myself with my friend Mi8 and the result is bad not good as the score. Did Xiaomi was manipulating it's devices to be tested by DxO team? And one more, OnePlus has fast updated Android than Xiaomi devices

The clear, noticeable difference in screen quality, camera quality, accessories bundled, SoC speed & ram management performance between the Mi A2 and the Oneplus6 most certainly justifies the price to those who want and can afford it.
Is the Mi A2 a great phone for the price tag? Absolutely, no doubt.
Just don't make silly comparisons with the OP6, saying it's not worth buying, cause you clearly don't know what you're talking about.

Without waterproofing, this phone keeps as a joke against any Xiaomi competition. The Mi Mix 3, Mi 8 pro and even the Mi 8 is better than this, and is as difficult as buying it outside US. Not impressed, I was expecting a lot more from this phone but it’s not the same as when the OP3 start selling...
This phone keeps the same position as the 6/5T, a near Pixel experience for less money and less camera, losing waterproof and now, you don’t even have the jack, an excellent selling point for anyone that count not having the jack as a downside. Time has changed things in this company.

Not a fan of notch , even if it's a teardrop. Would be better if they implemented a slider instead like in oppo/mi. Not gonna get a phone this year too

Anonymous, 27 Oct 2018Your mi a2 doesn't have a better camera, SoC, screen... pre... moreyes those are true but is it 3 times more worth it than the mi a2? no, im using both and i dont see a difference that i would say justifies the 3 times more price tag. and okay, i wont be comparing the op6 to phones from different price range but let me do this once: the op6 IS NOT worth the price. better get a midrange like the mi a2 since it is not far behind the op6 and the op6 isnt worth 3 times more the mi a2. i dont get why you are frustrated with this realization of mine since i see this all the time when flagships are compared. why cant the very good mi a2 be compared to the op6 which has been an underwhelming experience in my opinion? in every comparison, i see that the deciding factor is the price. im doing it right now as i share my thoughts on my own comparison of both devices. and the conclusion is what you can read above. hopefully, you could respect my opinion as i gladly respected your demand as well.
