Huawei takes a clear shot at Apple and Samsung for slowing down their phones

The Chinese company used the opportunity to promote its new Huawei Mate 20 and 20 Pro smartphones.

Honor 10 they actually enable performance after 4-5 months with GPU Turbo updates. Even if they lasts for two years without major worries, I get my money back with its pricing...

    6 months in and my Honor 9 has only gotten faster. Never thought the Kirin 960 was such a spring chicken. Lol

      How can they compare their phones to the Note 9/XS Max? Note 9 has only been out for two months, the XS for a month. Against their flagship that only came out a few days ago? I wouldn't put it past Samsung/Apple to do something like that but before this suit, what were the problems with the Note 9? What were the problems with the XS (besides the charging issue)?

          Huawei always doing those opportunistic ads. Cheap tactics.

          And as I pointed out on XDA, where the article detailed that the slowing down was caused by the Marhsmallow update for the Note 4, which was allegedly meant for the Note7;
          I don't see how Marshmallow 6.0 for the Note4, with still the Lollipop UI, was an update meant for the Note7 when it had 6.0.1 and Grace UX.

              huawei = radiactiv phone

                Samsungs fines were about Note4 having an OS update which was too much for the phone to keep up. So yeah.. Not like Apple.

                        They may be coc*y sometimes but they are best, my P9 Lite haven't slow down and i have been using it since August 2016.
