This smartphone doesn't have all 4G European bands, it doesn't have B20 band, it's a pity. I expect the next 5G model will have all European 4G and 5G bands like Mi Mix 3. And of course, the American bands too, both of them are a big market for smartphones.

      Still, no matter how great the tech may be on this Lenovo Z5 Pro, the lack of a 3.5mm jack & microsd slot as STANDARD at this price range is ABSURD & PLANNED OBSOLESCENCE.

Any reputed reviewer,(Check MKBHD, Dave2D, Unbox therapy) who reviewed it showed very clearly how it is worse than the one on 6 or previous gen models. It takes noticably longer to unlock, is much less reliable, it fails at a lot of angles and most of all it needs the screen to be awake(atleast the ambient display) for it to work. U can't just place ur finger while the phone is sleeping and unlock it like u cld do with physical sensors. There is also the light it emits to do this which can make it extremely annoying while using it in dark environments.
          The Mate 20 Pro is slightly better in this regard but it still isn't good enough.
          Don't get me wrong, I am very much for UD fp. I always want my FP on the front(like my OP3T) and I don't like face unlock. But I am just saying this year UD fp without a physical solution is more of a drawback than an advantage cos of it's limitations. But yes this is to be expected from 1st gen tech.
          These r optical fp scanners that we see right now and most of the limitations can be attributed to that. Samsung is rumored to be working on an Ultrasonic UD fp for S10. That will be the way forward.

That is the whole point of existence of these video reviews and why people watch them.

            If we had to try every phone/tech ourselves to talk about it, then we'd only we able to discuss a select handful of phones. Thankfully that is not the case.

                Syn, 02 Nov 2018U realise in it's present state having UD fp over physical ... moreThat is arguable, and I would like to disagree with your opinion in this regard. Go take a look at the Huawei Mate 20 Pro or the OnePlus 6T, they have great UD fingerprint sensors.

                I would also like to point out that many brands have already switched to UD fingerprint sensors, and the rest are expected to switch next year. Even the Mi Mix 3s/4 will likely have it, and then you'll be forced to change your stance on it. ;)

                        Both the Honor Magic 2 & Z5 Pro have an Under-Display Fingerprint Sensor & also offer InfraRed Face Unlock, both of which are much more expensive than the classic fingerprint unlock on the Mi Mix 3's back.

                        As i said before, all three are excellent phones. It's just that the Z5 Pro is offering the best value due to offering the most features at the lowest price in comparison to the others.

                        In terms of features though, the Honor Magic 2 gets the win because it's offering the most features & highest specs out of the three. The Mi Mix 3 is a close second in this regard.

                                No one wants that piece of crap Lienovo. With that slow ass 710 chip and tiny battery, crappy cameras. Bet it is not even waterproof. LOL!

                                  This is or mi mix 3?????!?!?!

                                    If it comes to light it will be the 2nd gen of sliders. 1st gen sliders coverd the keyboard but 2nd gen will house the front facing camera. The only way to have a full screen bezeless phone.

                                      So it's still relative.

                                        For me, the camera of the Mi Mix 3 is better, above all in low light. You clearly watch the difference, and in the mid-long distance foliage, objects, etc, at any light. But we have to take into the account the prices of each one. A mid-range vs a flagship.
