Lol so Huawei fans are surprised? Not just Huawei but most of these manufacturers releasing new phones everyday just to become number one in sales. Shame!! You buy a new phone that got released and you get updates immediately shows that the phone was rushed out without proper finishing touches. they forget to put notification LED light or dark screen or blue screen. Unfortunately they can't update headphone jacks which they forgot!
Stop rushing to release phones every hour take your time to put together a good phone that will work well and get updates at least 1 month after release.

The only way you're offline these past days is if you don't have a phone and your RTX 2080ti is from faulty batch.
Or your only internet capable device is a Mate Pro 20 with a faulty screen.

It's pretty clear that Huawei is taking responsibility and offering free replacements, unlike some other companies out there.
