Notches are coming to Samsung phones

At its developer conference the company teased three different notch types that it will use in the near future.

As long as notches aren't standardized apps won't be adapted to them and therefore they are bad design.

              Did anyone ever read one single constructive and fair comment about why they hate notches? NO you didnt, its unstable people and thats why they are single.

              The notches of my X, Xs and Xs Max are good, i guess its different when one can afford it, and still get Xs Max for ones kids, but you wouldnt know that im sure.

                    Samsung I have great plan how to kill the rest of sales you still have:

                    Bring two notches, remove headphone jack and micro-sd slot. Release phone with Android Oreo and promise nothing for updates. Make sure to price over 1300 euros to be more expensive than apple. Also bring in some unexcplicable flaw that cannot be fixed via software update and deny that it exists. I am sure this plan will make you the laughing stock of android in no time because that sure looks like it is your main objective at the moment.

                        imagine your future product + concept get trailed by chinese made that launched a quarter ago. infinity layered of notched LOL here.

                          Samsung is following a stupid idea that somehow did stick with the people. Y'all have a look at ZTE nubia X. That idea to me is simply brilliant. That should be the direction to follow, not some annoying bad looking holes in the display.

                            Isn't the title of this article misleading? Notches are coming to Samsung *displays* which are bought by many other companies and *may* end up, at some point, in Samsung *phones*.

                            It would therefore make sense to announce this at a developers' conference because soon a lot of other brands' phones will use these displays and therefore apps will need to be adapted.

                                  People are just lazy to think.

                                  Samsung didn't say they gonna do it. The display department was showing some of the things they can do. it is called advertising. Samsung have clients who purchase displays with notches.

                                        Samsung should explore the underscreen camera with pixels which can vacillate between colour and transparency based on a charge (like in electronic neutral density filters). Don't have a notch. And patent the tech.
