      Usable with android , ios and normal pc (Chromebook , Windows and Apple)
      Everywhere the same audioquality.

          With both Android and iOS, to surpass all 3.5mm built-in (apart from onkyo dp-cmx1) a better option in terms of sound quality would be outboard dac such as Audio quest dragon fly red or Cyrus sound key at USD 130 but it's ain't convenient due additional cables and using these DACs for replacement to built-in 3.5mm

            From an audiophile point a view, it offers a high quality add-on option which is comparable to fairly decent audio v30 /g7 , but not everyone will accept this option, on one hand it quite convenient option, while it supports high bitrate wireless Audio such as Bluetooth 5, Aptx hd and Ldac, while Bluetooth 5 and aptx hd is at 600kbps which is quite decent, but with Ldac at 990kbps is better than most 3.5mm built-in on most phones (only the onkyo dp-cmx1 with both 3.5 mm unbalanced and 2.5mm balanced output significantly surpasses it)

                They could have made the screen and battery larger from the get go and added a headphone jack to start. Still I have an essential phone I got on sale from Amazon and it works great.

                        No wonder the essential 2 was delayed/canned. They were busy developing a bulky accessory that costs as much as a phone XD

                        Part of the high price is because of titanium, which is really hard to work with.. but for such accessory, I would introduce aluminum based one as an alternative... but that's just me ranting

                          Like your phone isnt big enough lets add a 3.5mm jack box that is 1/6 of the phone size and 2 times thicker then the phone itself for a price nobody is buying it for.

                              I wish USB Forum defines USB pogo pins specification so keyboard cover, tablet pen and other attached accessories has common pogo pin connector

                                    Laughable, seriously what a con job. Remove the existing headphone jack and then introduce it as a bulky accessory to empty your pockets.
