the people like the pacific crest analyst ,i think they don't have any work to do ,they just got one thing to do to blame the HARD WORKING PEOPLE,you know some people do the work and some people just run their mouth ,they just run their mouth thats all they do,remember no one can predict the future ,nokia is working hard to get everything working,a prediction maker doesn't know what hard work is involved in doing the work rather then predicting it,so keep your predictions to yourself and don't blame nokia or any other company because they spend their blood and sweat in making something good for people

use... moreI chose the E7 because its secure, has a good battery life, and cannot be beaten on features.
I have used windows phones before based on WinCE and even Windows Mobile 5 is more functional than WiPhone 7.XX. On and did I mention, Windows Mobile was skinned to look like WinPhone by a xda member in a shorter time than it took the first actual WiPhone to be released.
I have no interest in a phone that cannot do what I need it to do. Swapping my Symbian phone for a WiPhone would be like swapping a Ferrari for a 2CV. I've written substantial parts of two books on a Symbian Nokia E70 from 2006 and that phone *still* works after 5 years and at least one bath dunking, and it *still* has features you simply cannot get on WiPhone...
Just because the average American in their turnip truck can't cope with something called menus & folders, I should have to use 5th rate crap? Um no.
I want a phone thats second to none on features, is secure, doesnt suffer from malware, has a multiday battery life, is stable, can get and hold a signal, and doesnt require me to drop my pants to the manufacturer every 10 minutes. The only one that can do all that is Symbian. I wont touch Apple on principle, Android fails on all points, WiPhone fails on at least 3.
My E7 has pretty much replaced my laptop. Its not perfect, but until you can hand me a QWERTY WiPhone slider with better functionality you can forget it, after all i'll be too busy working out which of the two types of TV out I want to use today....

That's bullcrap... Noone is buying these, and if they're buying they will return it within a month. Even the Nokia N9 is more popular having MeeGo as the OS.

haha, wait till it comes widely to Asian markets and see what would be the results... China and India being heavy nokia fans it would be great time for Nokia... Let alone 800, Lumia 710 has all the juice and low price than that of most rubbish phones... I want 800 so badly, but 710 is also awesome for the price... One of them will be my next phone,soon...

if anything, Nokia should think about licensing bada OS hohoho
bada O.S. is quite a capable O.S. with flash on the browser and not as fragmented as android O.S. and is as light as symbian and wp7 too ^^ not much need for phones with multi core procies hehehehe!
they should use it side by side with symbian for the midrange and wp7 for their top of the line hohohoho

Anonymous, 24 Nov 2011My sister and my cousin tried to get Lumia 800 on tuesday, ... moreSee? that's why you shouldn't trust some random analyst.
It's a slap on the face tho those who commented negatively in the earlier article.
"Nokia should have gone Android bla bla bla.." lol
W7 OS will just keep getting better in future updates and iteration, it runs better than Android on a single core. Yes Apps are still lacking but who cares? Android didn't had it's thousand of apps released in a single night. Most Apps are useless anyway, yes I know I own an android phone.

Nokia will never look back to android. NEVER.
Theres no point on Nokia going to use android.
If Nokia happens to sell android phones, they will have to pay $15/android handset sold to MICROSOFT[Due to patents]
for that matter, Microsoft has paid billions to use WP7. Even if that fails[No way it can fail] Nokia has got rights to change WP7 OS in core level,UI etc as they want...
So, Theres no going back to symbian, meego, maemo,Tizen,Android and whatever.
