      They marketed it like they are providing 3000 ruppe off on the first sale.

        Realmi 2 pro was there which is far better.

          Phone looks really stupid. Why it has a notch, when they can make full upper bezel, that can have same size as chin.

              Xiaomi is now understand what Indian Customer wants they make and sell. NO QUALITY CONTROL.
              If this kind of business applied on UK or EUROPEAN COUNTRIES they cannot stand for 1 year.

              You can simply What Xiaomi India is offering and What Xiaomi UK is currently selling. See the device difference.
              In the name of flagship thetmy are offering Poco F1 which is kind of s*it in compare to OnePlus 6T or ZenFone 5Z. Xiaomi is becoming second SAMSUNG.
              BUT THEY KEEP PRICE AT VERY LOW that is they are no.1 because not because of Device

                  Anonymous, 24 Nov 2018Hmm really, and what's better in this price range? Realme 2 Pro at 14k greater than Note 6 Pro in every aspect except battery. Even Honor 8x is miles ahead, and still makes a lot more sense at 15k than the 14k price of the Redmi.
                  Though yes, special 12.5k price made it a decent deal, but I'd still have paid 1.5k more for Realme.
                  And it's so annoying that even after marking up their devices well above competetitors (not counting their Ad revenue from the UI), their CEO still has the guts to put "#HonestPricing". I seriously thought Xiaomi was not a brand that would use fake marketing to fool people into buying their products. Alas, I was wrong.

                    I think there Xiaomi is being economical with the truth.

                    The first flash sale was as 12:00 PM and some time after that in the afternoon Xiaomi announced this 600000 figure on Facebook. Surprisingly they have a second 'surprise' flash sale at 3:00 PM and then a third 'surprise' flash sale at 9:00 PM.

                    If they sold their entire stock in the first sale then why have 2 other flash sales on the same day.

                    And if the 600000 figure was for all the 3 flash sales, then how come the announcement was made before 3:00 PM.

                    If they sold more phones in the second and third sale, then how the figure remains 600000.

                    Only the marketing geniuses at Xiaomi can answer these questions.

                        whatever happens, xiaomi sells...a family member got this too on the first sale...but cheap marketing will do no benefit...do not resort to shady practices! 6 lakh units what a bluff!!

                          Sounds like a bluff. Indian customers have gotten smart and there's no way this bad deal will sell that many.

                            It says 600000 unit in first sale. That doesnt necessarily mean they sold that many. I believe they got that many people who wanted to buy 6pro. While thwy actually sold only a few thousand
