mmm, have no heat issues or any other issues giving any problems on my S9+, similarly my S8+ never had any issues at all, very well built, still looks new. Rock solid phones imho...

Anonymous, 27 Nov 2018I'm waiting for a Flagship "slider" phone with both a Micro... moreNope that's idiotic too. A whole slider just for a selfie camera (Or for a 1-2mm less bezel). With a smaller battery. Not practical and makes zero sense.

Dolanescu, 27 Nov 2018You can hide a buss... but you can't hide a car... :)))))Well notice how it,s not at the top so yea there certainly won't be an option to hide it and even if there is, the black bar will be bigger than with a notch. Either way, their implementation is worse than the notch and notches are already extremely ridiculous...

I guess most people who have been following the history of Exynos agreed that the problem with the 9810 was more than just minor hardware related and needed a serious rethink of scheduling, heat dissipation and efficiency. Samsung seems to be listening to reviewers and the 9820 seems to be addressing these issues well. I hope they work on the instructions and scheduling even better before launch. The Exynos 9820 could land up being an even better processor.

Idon't care about speed coz iknow how to run all i care's price datc all.

Lead2XL, 27 Nov 2018I can't imagine paying extra for something faster than SD 8... moreThe new chip is not about speed, is about efficiency/speed. 7nm>> 10nm.
I will wait till we have endurance/battery life tests in new processors. Speed I gave up caring since SD820. Don't forget that new devices, also have new cameras, new screens, new audio, etc. Ofc, for people that already have an SD845, it will pretty hard to justify 1000$ upgrade. I probably wait for pixel 4, my Htc u11 is still rock solid in all departments.

i hope, the next samsung s series, they will remove the front facing camera, so that from top to bottom, it's just full screen.

Rest all Qualcomm processors are custom designed based on reference design of ARM. And every manufacturer does the same - Qualcomm, Apple, Samsung, Huawei.
Samsung has lost the game long long back.

Samsung can put whatever performance in their phones, since the quality is broken. The broken quality makes people to not buy anymore Samsung, repeat, what performance they have. What to do with performance when my S8 get broken after 1 year of use, 1 year! I paid 700$ for a performing phone that get broken after 1 year. never buy a Samsung again!
