The real one would be too use graphene architecture with a magnetic charge that would help either absorb and distribute the energy that you are hit with to minimize the damage.

            A) Magnets placed variously around the armor. Now this is assuming I'm wearing armor on everything but my head. The magnets are powerful, and while they can't repel the damn bullets, they could attract them into the armor to keep my head safe
            B)Apply a magnetic field through the use of magnets specifically for repelling. Now this will work against regular pistols, but rifles might be too much. This is meant for the regular cops

                I beg to differ. There are plenty out there who use Hangouts. It's unfortunate, Google's step-motherly treatment of the Service.

                          In my opinion they can shut them down.
                          Not many people using them.
                          I use messenger and regular sms offered by operator.
                          This is just another almost dead app.

                                    Google being typical douchy Silicon Valley. Yes, if you are migrating people to the new Hangout chat, it literally means you are discontinuing the old hangout. The new hangout doesn’t support groups so people in transition will be in pain, a lot of pain, if people are used to groups.

                                        Oh Gawd, Google is like a child with ADHD.
                                        Settle on something already, will ya!?
                                        Hangouts, then Messages then Duo then Allo, now Hangouts chat and what not. At this point a string and two cans would've done a better job. I'll stick with WhatsApp until Google offers ONE name for all of the above, thanks!
