So changing the naming to 8 series not just distinguish from chinese market but also for increasing the price (adding the launch place dubai at it too)

2nd camera is disappointing. Only for depth. Big no.. for that price they should have given OLED display. Disappointed.

Better option in other places as well, i think.

Wait what? This is a successor to the Nokia 7 Plus?
What is the 7.1 or 7.1 Plus?
Isn't this supposed to be a successor to the 8 from last year?
Nokia why are your naming schemes so confusing?
And will we get an upgraded Sirocco? Because the only thing that phone needed
was a better camera module and 845 chipset

I'm glad I didn't wait any longer for a Nokia a bought Huawei P20 for just 377 EUR instead when it was off. I'm totaly happy and don't care for a Nokia anymore. They are so slow with releases and their phones are not worth the price and wait anymore. I was curious for this event and I wasn't wrong what to expect.

It was supposed to have tele cam. Depth is disappointing. So either tehy price it low or its pricey trash. Where's amoled nokia???

Lmao. At this price you can easily get last years flagships (s8, note8, htc u11 plus etc) and adding $50-$60 more you can get an s9. :’)

thats 32k in india.... so in india, if i guess the lowest they would likely go at 27k, and even for that price, its a hard sell...
not that it would be a good or bad price... but due to price wars in india, it would be difficult for nokia to sell in huge numbers....

Edit: It seems as I thought. They put NFC on it like 6.1 global version did. Nice. Now let see if this one comes to Indonesia or not. Because 6.1 and 7 Plus, a decent phones with NFC, were both canceled after they create so much hype. Instead, they bring 6.1 Plus which doesn't have one.
