If someone is wanted by a country with an extradition agreement and their flight touches down in one of the partner nations - even due to an emergency or weather diversion - they may even be dragged off of the plane if requested. That was a genuine kidnap, there was no immediate media report of the arrest, his family and friends got no word, he wasn't allowed a lawyer, the guy literally vanished for days before issuing an "apology" in front of cameras.
If you're looking to China for "justice" you're looking in the wrong place. Only count on China if it infringes on US interests.

Here in the UK, the extradition aka Extra Rendition is almost one sided, the UK agreed that without evidence being produced a UK citizen would be in the vast majority if cases be extradited.
Also I don't remember the full case but a person was extradited to the US because the Email or whatever passed through a server based in the US, again no crime was committed in the UK as person not in jail
The lack of information especially a date the offence occurred, leads me to think this is a distraction by Trump, sanctions were introduced by USA, so say the "order" was completed after, then an arrest

They made their money by selling and supplying arms to the Germans in both world wars, while conveniently staying neutral for the most part, and also giving us a totally corrupt financial system based on a dollar that keeps everyone in debt. Could it have been worse, of course, but it definitely could be better. All Trump is trying to do is hold onto control of the dollar, while the general condition of the US continues to decline.
