Both are amazing, but 10hours is screen time is overloaded for their batteries. Then I moved onto mi note 5 pro.witch s massive jump. I am loving it, while my friend own Nokia 3.1 and 7.1. they struggle for day end.but mine last for 2fulldays. With decent 2amp charger I can get full juice in 2hours. That's fine than carrying charger in my opinion. I do out door camping, to me having dual Sims running at 4g and lasting 2days is miracle with any phone in market. I still rather buy Moto than mi, but I have decided never to
below 4000mah phones after Note5pro. My wife owns 8plus, with one sim that phone hardly meets a day usage. So noregrets going Chinese.

aknsreddy, 04 Feb 2019First, Apple is not the first phone to have Notch. Second, ... moreI know. Apple is not the first. It was Essential by Andy Rubin. But no one pays heed to a start up company with zero support for a product they use daily and is their lifeline in today's world. Apple popularised the concept. But you are correct. 2nd point, is Lamborghini a German brand? No. It is Italian. But it is owned by Audi, a German brand. So, it doesn't define a brand name and its value only by from where it is getting investments from. Like say Motorola. It will always be an American brand. It is owned and run by Lenovo. So what? An operating company and a brand are two very different things. 3rd point, I was a Nokia fan before. Not now. I came from Samsung and Xioami and bought Nokia. I own 3 Nokia devices currently. One Nokia 6.1 4 GB ram variant. One Nokia 2.1 . One Nokia 7 plus. People complain a lot about stock android because there are no extra features baked into it. Some of those features are very useful too like apps in which I can use two WhatsApp s in a single device etc etc. But in stock android the choice is of user. Not OEM. Whether he or she needs those features or not. If nothing is on the phone pre-installed then get it from play store. And talking about battery life. I am a Marketing professional. I have to use my phones all day for almost 13 hrs of medium to heavy usage. I use both the 6.1 and 7 plus. They never died on me before night. Still somewhat 20 percent left. All of this with data on half the time. So,I can say they are good. I will take a phone with lower capacity battery with fast charging than a big 4000 mah battery with very slow charge. Brand still doesn't matter to me. But truth does. Most people point out the price is still higher which is true. But so is the trust. Seeing a metal body phone getting discolored in a couple of months makes me wonder about my Xioami's quality. 6.1 doesn't have anything so far in my 6 months and I am loving it.

Second, Nokia is the same Chinese brand like Mi, but with a premium price under specced. Third, I know people who hate new HMD Nokia phones with many issues, worst of all battery endurance. Brand adds nothing to my life or my usage. But it is a personal choice.. for me, I always see how these companies looting in the name of brand and premium. which many people don't fall for and many people fall for. its your own choice.

aknsreddy, 11 Dec 2018Expensive for India. Get poco. You won't regret. Not for India? We should be thankful that there are so much options in our market. And you always see only the specs. Optimisation means a lot. Not only specs. It is a good phone. About the price, well it varies from people to people. Those going with Nokia are more of affectionate towards the brand. And it actually is reasonable. People buy premium things. Pay a lot more. How will you judge the value. Like say, if Xiaomi launched a device with at the same ballpark of Note 9 and ask for the same amount of money with very less original things, then we will see who is willing to pay that much. Brand value matters to some people. That is why everyone say Apple is shit, expensive,no customisation. Lol. Still they are the pioneer of this notch idea. Everyone even Apple themselves may have thought of dropping it because of slow sales at first with the iPhone X. But other brands made it popular. There is no original idea coming from some Chinese brands. They are dirt cheap. That is why they are selling at a very low profit margin with no research and development.
