Because if that is the case you needed to consult your service provider for that. Regarding the outdoor mode on the volume, it disables all kinds of equalizer such as the treble, base and etc for you to be able to hear even if you are in the middle of the crowd. That is the purpose of the outdoor mode as what the name suggests as well. And what about the 3 piece plastic cover? are you talking about the external case? Can you please elaborate more?

Did you notice that the pings are very unstable in online games? No matter if you use wifi or lte. Outdoor mode on the sound is also horrible. All treble, no bass. Did you try to connect external drives, without being able to find them in gallery or apps? What do you think of the 3 piece plastic cover?

It's just too expensive for most people. Once you get into this price range people usually turn to Samsung or Apple since people know what they are getting. ROG phone was too much of an unknown for it's price point.
