Apple getting sued over alleged false screen size and pixel count advertisement

The plaintiffs believe that certain aspects of the iPhone X and iPhone XS family of devices are being falsely misrepresented.

"we wrote it somewhere inside text wall so people won't read them, with smallest font size possible". I hate FINE PRINT in general, on everything.

        People need to start reading THE FINE PRINT more when deciding for a product.

        When you see the Phone online, it says 5.8" screen, with a footnote. When you read the footnote it says, that the size is measured from and standard rectangle and that the display has rounded corners, and hits that the usable area is less.

          The moment Apple presented phones with a notch is already wasting up view-able screen estate area. The left and right tiny area is practically useless.

                All should be sued....

                They do not tell people that non-16:9 screen offer less screen area for same diagonal. Huge difference.

                  Most of what they say sounds legit, though the usable area is subject to measurements as well as to each app's appearance, buttons etc.. The advertising thing is right, and it's the same kind of wallpapers on all the XS models, totally on purpose as usual by Apple..

                            As an Apple hater, this is a too much. Practically all rounded corners screen won't have as many pixels as rectangular one. But it's good to draw their money away, let's just enjoy, this ensures legal department always has a job.
