Lenovo has nothing to do with a seller's extra cut. You're better off ordering from Taobao (A Chinese-exclusive marketplace) or Jingdong (Which offers good prices for Nubia phones and might just start offering Lenovos worldwide soon)
If you're tempted by Lenovo's newest offering, just wait a few months and once the hype is over, the price will be closer to China's MSRP.

I'm definitely getting one of these as a replacement for my Lenovo ZUK Z2. Although I am a little disappointed that the 128GB version will only be available in the orange colour. I think the purple looks incredible and I might just settle for the 64GB model instead.

Sweet device on a sweet price. Unfortunately too big for my taste - I'll wait for Redmi 7. And about the updates - who cares about updates. Everything beyond Android 4.4 can run whatever you want.

Anonymous, 18 Dec 2018I really don't understand How these Chinese companies manag... moreLenovo has been selling their phones with low or no margins (According to Wiki: 2.6% pre-tax profit margin) for many years now (Though in my country their devices were more expensive than in the rest of the world). This was mentioned by their CEO and it's been proven to be true for tablets as well.

Unfortunately, that results in a lackluster software support. I think they've adopted ZUI so that they could "update" their phones without having to bump the android version just like Xiaomi does for many of its devices.

I like where is this going. Just like old xiaomi, More spec / performance is welcomed

I really don't understand How these Chinese companies manage to give such specs at that price. It is not that profit margin is very less. Do they compromise in quality or don't they spend enough on r&d. Still that price is unbelievable.. I'm searching for the BOM of this phone and nokia 8.1
I want to know what makes Nokia so costly and lenovo so cheap. With numbers..

Lenovo sunk so low that now they are copying the design of p20 pro. Its not every day that you see a chinese company copying the design of another chinese company

Can i exchange my Lenovo A6000 with this mobile
I am bonafide customer of LENOVO

If only they launch this in India

That price is insane for the specs.

Serious threat to Xiaomi

WoW that price is beyound believe.
180 euros for a 4/64GB device is amazing.
Only device with same price is Realme 2 pro.
But that one dont have SD710 only SD660.
