Most average consumers who owns a smartphone has no clue abt what processor they have or what Android version they r running. This phone is targeted at those people and they will be perfectly happy with this phone.

And believe it or not, they have been in the top 5 with this strategy in India.
People reading GSMA articles (including me) wouldn't buy this obviously, but I guess some people here need to stop judging whether someone else is "out of their mind" just because they buy this.
