Nokia 9 PureView to be announced during the last week of January

The incredibly long-awaited flagship is apparently only one month away.

I understand this will be different cameras of different focal lengths etc, not true multipoint?
So will it be outdated by next Christmas rather than being released for last Christmas. How much sense does that make?

    HA HA, All screaming for an 855 instead of 845,when most of you would have trouble spotting the difference between a 710 and an 845..

    cpu performance has plated, just like it has for everything else, now its just a bit here and a bit there "improvements",, like smaller die sizes leading to a bit better battery use, but most of these are tiny, and are difficult to spot in real life use, their all just phones with over-powered cpu/gpu socs, 15%of their capacity is only used for 90% of their life, what do you need a laptop cpu in a phone for, your playing crappy games and watching you tit, something any old original snapdragon 1ghz could/can do !! Samsung tried again with its dex system, how many folk use note 9's etc as real ppc's for any length of time, we are being sold vastly over-powered, over-priced TOYS, because that's what use most so called smartphones are, but still with more intelligence than the meat zombies that have been enslaved as their transport system..

      Snapdragon 845 for a flagship phone in 2019? Are you kidding me? Dead on arrival. Your former loyal fan.

        The most disappointing thing would be 845. Ugh! Ehy Nokia why?! Why never release a proper flagship in the given time?!

          Get real, each year the progress with new chipset is probably 5-10% improvement for everyday usage.
