Implying its deeper meaning in the smartphone world, people nowadays are fine with their phones being able to last for at least a day. And with the evolution of very fast charging technologies, battery life is starting to become less of an issue today.
Though we really need to improve still, the fact here is that we are now at a point where our phones can sustain a "good enough" endurance for our needs.
Still waiting for smartphone with battery life at the level of the old Nokia dumbphones, but that would take a really long time

Hopefully that triple camera setup would be impressive as well.

My current phone uses a 2-year old SD625 and I don't feel the need for the extra speed that some flagship chipsets offer.
Yes, I also have tried multiple flagships this year, including the Note 9, Mate 20 Pro, XS Max, XZ2, P20 Pro, and G7 ThinQ.
Now as a backup phone, I don't expect it to be the best performing smartphone I've ever tried (well it doesn't have to, because that's the point of a backup phone) but even then it's still sufficiently fast to handle everything that I do in my daily life. That's why you really must have a heavy reason to use the extra power that these new flagship chipsets could offer, otherwise it's pretty useless to have that much power.

Calls. Video calls on messenger. 3 different games, doing daily quests and battles. Editing videos/pictures in lightroom and quik. Taking pictures and slowmotion videos. Listening 3 hours Spotify while working out or walking in the nature. Some YouTubing.

For that, I have to charge 2 times every day. 3-4 times with Samsung. 1 daily charge on p20 pro.

Because XZ4 has only one edge on the top of device where speaker, sensors and camera module are. No notch, no punch holes. So what exactly do you mean by this "a no go" ?
