Just swapped from an Android to the iPhone...an apple watch and iPad pro 10.5

No Android manufacturers can match what Apple Greece with the watch and tablet extras .... Not even Samsung

The gear S3 and galaxy watch just aren't as smart as the Apple alternative and they have no tablet that can compete with the productivity of the iPad pro and pencil

Individually they are great devices but linking then together is where it's at and the Apple watch gets it right on so many levels compared to others

EskeRahn, 03 Jan 2019Well these wearables has to get a bit smarter before I'm in... moreWell, my Fitbit Charge 2 is pretty much accurate in everything: steps, sleeping time, heart rate etc., at least for my non-professional needs, I should say even great performance. And I charge it every 5-7 days, depending on activity. Comparing to charging phones on almost daily basis, that's fairly acceptable.

I enjoy my watch that last 35h with gps, always on screen,... thats quite ''visible'' difference.

If only Apple Watch could support android phones I would have definitely bought one

nsm, 03 Jan 2019My Apple Watch 3 is lasting 2 days with full notifications ... more...And these two goes into the pillbox category...

My current watch is 7mm at the thickest point, weighs 65g, Titanium /w gold inlays - and last 1-2 years on a battery. And that is including the (in around 1985) smart functions via lcd-display

EskeRahn, 03 Jan 2019Well these wearables has to get a bit smarter before I'm in... moreMy Apple Watch 3 is lasting 2 days with full notifications and 1-2 hours of exercise.
I had Apple Watch 2 and it lasted just one day.

Well these wearables has to get a bit smarter before I'm in...

I doubt it will be before there is a revolution in either batteries or displays.

I'm NOT going to buy a device that needs charging once a day. Unless it is with an easily removable battery pack so I can have spares in the bag.
And I'm NOT going to wear a huge pill box on my arm neither - but the last part is of course just a matter of taste.
