Seems like people have finally realized that it does not make any sense to throw away that much money on an overpriced smartphone (especially when many great laptops cost less, and will last many years longer).
we also should thank Huawei for providing lots of decent reasonably priced alternatives this year, and Qualcomm for the platform that enabled everyone who wants to build a worthwhile smartphone.
I hope it will become more and more difficult to overcharge customers in future.

Nah. Watch as the next Iphone debuts without ports and buttons.
Charging is wireless and you will be sold a remote dongle to turn off the phone using bluetooth.
But that's okay since the dongle will also function as a camera button.
Wow, I can remotely control my camera. So innovative. Thanks apple.

To make it better, they might as well provide a 3.5mm headphone jack dongle and a better charger, like their older iPHONEs if I'm not wrong; this is a USD1000 smartphone you're talking about here, so there shouldn't be any compromises here

I admined iPhone is the best phone in term of user; however, in term of price is too expensive compare to many android phone in the market.

Iphone user not use to with bezelless, we are classic fans.
When we need sophisticated with D&G or Ferarri design we buy motorola

They can't reduce the price as they might lose the perception war. At this price points their competitors just love that their offerings look much superior yet they could not have charged this much had Apple kept their prices untouched for few years. Apple could have eliminated many smaller players out of the market has they sustained with $700-$900 price points constantly. That would have eroded Chinese players ability to bankroll cheaper competitive offerings like LeTV. But Chinese OEMs were lucky to see iPhone prices kept on increasing!

So the big Apple is takeing a shortcut on this sells...wondering why...Might it have to do with the 1.1k base starting price or with the fact that there is close no none improvment year over year??
P.S:I use an iphone 7 plus not an android fanboy or apple hater but they deserve a slap on the face for what they are doing....
