Everything apart from „Cumpotational Photography“ seems like gimmicky trendy bs to me. Smart HDR and Nightsight are about the biggest achievement in smartphone photography and change the way how we take photos, because we don‘t need to get direct sunlight out of the image, and we don‘t need a flash in the dark. It means we can just take a photo without caring too much about the rest, just like with autofocus, and nobody wants a phone camera without autofocus these days

LOL, almost half of the options are actually disadvantages and the rest don't really matter.

2019 smartphones' biggest feature will be the 48MP 1/2" sensor, which raises the industry standard to a higher level after remaining stagnant for the past 4 years (who would've thought that there would still be high end flagships until 2017 that uses a mid-range 1/3" sensor as main camera? LMAO).

Close second is computational photography, which is very relative to the first one, as a great hardware also requires great software to go along with it.

Third is the ability of a phone to play music through wired headsets and charge phone at up to 40W simultaneously.
I wish for manufacturers to do that on all 2019 smartphones.
