You ca... moreAll phones are fragile and delicate unless the manufacturer specifically designs their device with protection in mind like Samsung's Active series or Motorola's Z Force. If you're going to shell out close to a grand for a flagship phone the least you can do is protect your new expensive gadget.

No more 3.5mm jack or compact version, horrible aspect ratio, uninspiring design gee I wonder what Sony's failing mobile division will think of next.

XZ2C ... moreHey guys make the calculations 2700 mah with 8mm thick but height is 135 mm , i said it in a post before xz1 compact is 129 mm height so 2700 mah could be fitt in 135 mm height with 8mm thick. No? Ok 2400 mah battery then : ).

If you want it at 8mm, you need to drop the battery capacity to as low as 2000mAh,.

Sony may have planned to use their Loop Surface design for about as long as how long they kept their OmniBalance design, but the market demand is too powerful for this aesthetic to appeal to the majority of consumers.
It is caused by haters who repeatedly whined about Sony having large bezels in 2017 and how ugly the XZ Premium/XZ1/XZ1 Compact were as compared to any other 2017 flagships, which clearly means that they really have to do something new to remain competitive, and now enters the 18:9 bezel less Xperia era, which unfortunately is very unsuccessful for being a year late in the party.

Anyway, the better case makers out there make most of their cases for iPhones and Samsung phones - the market leaders. Choices are limited or non-existent for the 'strugglers' e.g. Sony and HTC. That's the sad truth.

I'm interested in XZ4 Compact but only if it has a stylish design (not a cheap Lumia like XZ3C look and materials) and 3.5 mm jack.
