If i were Qualcomm i would completely stop any trade exchange between them and apple.
I would close bussiness completely.
They deserve nothing else just a bankcrupcy.

      iPhone X price $999.00
      Apple Profit $44,955,000,000.00

      Qualcomm Royalty Profit/iPhone $337,500,000.00
      Apple Earning $44,617,500,000.00

$7.50 is still small compared to the price that apple asking for their customers.

They dont care their products cost fortunes, as long as someone buys them, and their second concern is how cheaply to get parts from suppliers and patent holders to make profit margin higher, there is no other agenda with corporations besides profit.

Not like they're are any places with it and it will take years from now for Mass adoption. 4G and I mean LTE and not what marketing refer HSPD+ to, took years and years . Apple added LTE with iPhone 5 and still it wasn't that abundant. I still to this day in the UD sometimes swwitch to 3g or none LTE because it's not there. If apple didn't have 5g on there phone the next 2 years it won't affect them

Why would apple give intel the technology, Intel been doing their thing. Apple happened to use Intel. And been for years Qualcomm is hurt that they don't get a piece , they are a monopoly and evil , why would a modem cost more than 30, 30 alone is absurd. That's why we can't have cheap tablets with data or laptops because one one wants to pay 100+ to add the chip that they might not be that often

Wasn't apple reportedly working on home-baked 5G chips? When they got plans like that, why do they even still hang on to a supplier or two? Qualcomm does not need to supply Apple either. They could relinquish themselves from being tagged as practicing (or playing) monopoly

Bewildered , 16 Jan 2019As you will see from the linked articles Qualcomm for reaso... moreApple baited Qualcomm into the bribery mess.
Apple told Qualcomm they are dropping their modems in the entirety and won't have to pay any royalty since they would be switching to Intel and according to Apple, Intel developed their modem without using Qualcomm patents. So Qualcomm would be losing all their business.
Apple then tells Qualcomm if they charged less than Intel they would use Qualcomm modems, but Qualcomm can't charge Apple less than it is charging its other customer. So they reach an agreement that Qualcomm will pay Apple the difference in a bogus transaction (this is the bribery).
Qualcomm later discovers Apple stole its technologies and passed it to Intel and that is how Intel develop the said modem Apple used to bargain with Qualcomm. So Qualcomm refuses to make next payment of bogus transaction (i.e. bribe) which lead to Apple using Intel modems (with stolen tech).
Qualcomm then takes Apple to court for stealing their tech, only for Apple to report Qualcomm for bribery.

I don't think 5G infrastructure will be ready this year. not really a loss.
