Back in 2016, 85% BtS ratio, 4400 may battery, 6GB ram. If it was not for the bad camera easily would it be a historical phone.

I think you need to check mi mix 1 because it was among the first devices in the world to have a small bezel and achieved better screen to body ratio than some of the one year after notched smartphones.

Now this is when on screen scanners are truly ready for prime time. Great job xiaomi! Can't wait to see it implemented.
