Do it several times in a week and battery can go nuts.
Apple battery is not build for long gamig seasions and i dont think they will ever make a gamingphone because they at apple know their CPU is super fast but GPU is piece of S..T

Throttling is the reason why it doesnt beat 845s gpu in antutu or 3dmark where it scores based on sustained performance. If apple had a cooling solution itd also beat adreno too. Im glad they dumped powervr. I hope samsung and huawei also moves onto the custom gpus. I believe samsung was making one already. We will most likely see it on exynos 9830 or whatever the name will be...
But a12 seems to do well in real life gaming. I dont see it being useless at all. I hope more games take the advantage of its power like how asphalt 9 and fortnite did.

Benchmarks or a benchmark score is just one of the facets that need to be considered.
The problem with some opinions is that this is taken in isolation, so whilst Apple Bionic or indeed all Apple lead the benchmark table it does not make up for not having memory expansion or media sharing capabilities.
A top down look at everything would have a lot of unticked boxes for Apple
There was an earlier article which had an iPhone beating the Galaxy S9, opening apps, but due to RAM, the S9 beat the IPhone reopening those apps
Finally Huawei and Samsung will have a 2019 5G Phone, due to the Qualcomm Apple court cases it is unsure if Apple will release a 5G iPhone.
Why is this a problem, 2021 is the date any 2 year contract holder will be able to update to 5G. Having a 5G capable iPhone now is the cheaper and preferred option, why buy 2 phones just to get the benefits of 5G.

Well S9 exynos scores better in single, multi is not that behind either.
3600/8800..
And this s10 is suppose to have ddr5 and what not.

Samsung always sucks in performance. They do pathetic optimisations. That's why lower scores. Go see how much Xperia Z4 with S855 scored. Huawei paid.

The thing is that antutu makes scores on many things. If you look at the gpu tab on antutu you’ll see that older snapdragon 845 is better than Kirin 980 in gpu. Even if mate 20 has performance mode enabled.
You can also see gpu benchmarks if you don’t believe it

That is why Apple always beat all Android manufacturers in CPU and GPU. Now the only one who is doing something good for whole Android ecosystem is Huawei. And nobody else. That is the truth. ✌️

And STILL, the difference between those is not that huge.
SD 855 is also 7nm, so YES you can compare it to "last year's" Kirin 980.

And Snapdragon 845 just something between 250-260. That is a huge difference. And also we in Europe only get Exynos version from Samsung. No Snapdragon for us. That is the reason why I last year bought Mate 20 pro. Have a nice day.:)

Well that's quite a poorly optimised phone.
The XZ4 with the same CPU, same RAM, manage to be +2500 faster on the multi-core.
