It is supposed to be a 48MP camera, but I still dont think the quality will be near as good as phones such as huawei mate 20 or even 10. Needless to say I am planning to buy this phone anyway my UMIDIGI got absolutely trashed over xmas. Can't wait for release of 7 pro

I forgot the link, but harshly and basically imx is "true", "by design", 48mp sensor.
While gm1 is closer to 12mp simulating a 48mp sensor.
The image result for gm1 is around the web and its a bit dissapointing, you there are several analysis article out there on the why its dissapointing.
