Also, you can buy them on reseller for $5-10 mark up 2-3 month after first sale.

why is everyone comparing it to redmi note 7? Chinese OEMs makes money by ads, use flash sales, etc.....
it is a different approach from samsung, so please stop.
you should compare to huawei y7 pro, since huawei is comparable to samsung
and exyons 7872 is better than sd625 (chech benchmark), and having in-house built processer is better for pricing and tuning (sd845 on oneplus 6 is way better than poco)
so please take a deep breath before start nagging is charging a brand price

All of them has flasgship chipset, camera, built, features and definitelly far more affordable than Samsung flagship phones.

Samsung's VP confirmed 2 days back that the device starts under INR 10k. For that price, and considering it is Samsung, the specs sound great. These specs are probably even better than what Xiaomi offers at that price.

If Samsung want a hit ..
Then it considered to Use Snapdragon processor.
If galaxy M10 use atleast sd625,
M20 should use sd636 and
M30 use sd 660 or 670.
It is enough to penetrate indian user heart.
