You are finding every fault you can about a company you don't like. But pick a different company who you believe is more consumer focused, and lets tear them apart instead.
some of your points just don't make sense. I for one am glad Apple did not adopt micro usb for their iphones. What a terrible port. I work in a phone shop, and the amount of faults and problems we get with those ports is amazing. USB-C I would be ok with on an iPhone, but at the time, lightning was a much better choice than micro usb.
They don't charge $500 for back glass repair, they replace the phone completely as back glass is difficult to repair, even third party repair shops charge a lot for back replacement compared to front.
Please give me the name of the company that has the service support Apple does, retail stores, telephone support, free in store classes and teaching programs. Most of the points keep coming back to price. price is nothing to do with whether you are consumer focused. Most top brands in the world (not just technology) are the same. If you go into a premium clothes store, you expect a different level of service compared to primark. That t-shirt is 100X the price, clearly has a huge mark up and profit margin, but you are in the shop because you are interested already, so price doesn't matter, service and customer focus do at that point.
So again, please talk to me about another mobile phone company that is more customer focused than Apple.

let me tell you something i paid $1000+ for note 9 and apple won't ever get my money, you might wonder why?
well they demeaned about $2000 for a simple cable change on my girl macbook (which is $200 at max) see this is stupid and marking customers as they wont understand any thing. i have no problem with paying high for top device and services but thinking i am a fool which they can milk me out is the reason why they never get my money.
As for Ferrari it dose offer better performance than a ford (not always just look at GT40 but that is also expensive) which justifies the price and part price but getting performance of cheap ford car (name any you like) and having to pay Ferrari price is just ridiculous. Also add on top of it the ford technician ask ridiculous price for changing something as usual as head lamp!

The iPhone XS Max where I live costs 2400KM(convertible marks) which is about 1400 US dollars, so your point is invalid.

But still, does that really justify the $1500 price tag of the iPhone XS Max? Yes, the camera of the iPhone is better than the Pocophone F1's camera obviously because of the huge price difference($1500 vs $300). But $600 for a simple glass repair? That's going too far! Compared to other manufacturers like Samsung who charge at most $100 for a back glass replacement, that's overkill! You can buy 2 Pocophones for the amount of money that it takes to just replace the back glass of the iPhone XS Max alone. To replace the back glass and screen of the XS Max, it would cost you $930 if your warranty is void. That's mind boggling! You can buy an iPhone X for that much money and it's basically the same as the XS. For just a bit more you can buy a Note 9 which has many more features compared to the XS and XS Max. The iPhone XR, the "budget" iPhone, cost $750-$900 and it doesn't even have a 1080p screen. Again, you can buy an iPhone X which is a better phone compared to the XR. Having a sub-1080p screen in a price range like that is inexcusable and it's not even an OLED panel. Much better value at cheaper prices if you look at Android phones.

Replacing a Ferrari mirror is more expensive than replacing a Ford mirror.

They make their phones such that, you can neither locally get them repaired, and they can charge you 600$ for a back glass replacement, but yes they are consumer friendly!!
They say that it's ok if a customer received a bent iPad, but yes they are consumer friendly!
They try to hide their cost cutting/extra revenue earning endeavours behind marketing terms like "liquid retina", "lightning port" etc simply to fool customers, but yes they are consumer friendly!
They bundle a 5W charger with their 1000$+ phone in a time when even a 150$ device coming for less than 10W charger is considered a sin, but yes they are consumer friendly!
First they remove a standard jack from their device for nothing, and over that they even remove a 9$ accessory from their 1000$+ device, only AND ONLY because it was the best selling accessory at and could earn them more money, but yes they are consumer friendly!
The quality of their cables that they bundle with their 1000$+ phone is worse than what Xiaomi or Honor etc provide with their 150$ phones, but yes they are consumer friendly!
They intentionally slow down older devices to make people buy newer models, but yes they are consumer friendly!
Their latest 1500$ devices come with serious bugs, which take months to solve, but yes they are consumer friendly!

[deleted post]As for Apple products, i don't use them, since in my country's economy, they're tad expensive for what they offer. And i never liked iOS that much. Like i always said, superb hardware, less than stellar software.
Android has its problems, but i like that i can choose from a lot of devices.

Latest example is the tablet #bendgate2 , where Apple talk about pear straightness when their unhappy buyers complain about apples bending. They always do that and refuses to give in until they lose the ensuing class action lawsuits.

Well, it's not the one asking the stupid, but the one willing to give.
This resumes not just for Apple and their clients, but for Apple and Qualcomm also.
See Apple's relationship with Qualcomm as a jailbreak. Apple doesn't oblige you to pay the $1000+ price for their phones, but you still want them, thus you buy a stolen iPhone with jailbreak.
Apple needed those patents but they were not willing to pay for them any more, so they simply just used them. It's simple. Qualcomm owns the patents so anyone else has to pay to use them. They name a price, but it's up to you if you pay it. They don't force you, but since you have no other viable option, you either pay the price asked, or you go the Apple way. 🙂
