If releasing a 1650 euros phone with a charging problems was apple software gift to its users then i cant help.
They fixed it quickly problem is apple release its phones in mid to end of september so they have whole year for testing and other things but no.
Every single year new apple line arises also the new bad habbits and bugs line arises as well.
About the other support every other company have 2 years of warranty and country which sells their devices in local shops should also provide a warranty support and other support if needed. This goes to all brands.
For example i run 37 shops across Slovakia dn Czech Republic in central Europe and we gives all supports we can give for all brands we have for sale.
And on our local shops or internet pages you can find like 50+ brands and devices.
Ranging from A for apple or Alcatel up to Z for Zopo company or ZTE whhich are Nubia devices.
Because some brands such as Zopo or CPA, MyPhone etc doesnt have physical stores or places to sell in small companies such as my shops sells their devices and accesorize.

They maybe offer a lot of post sale services but 1650 euros for a cell phone worth 400b ucks isnt customers friendly and it never was.
Many people have enough money to buy even 2-3 or 10 but for what???
If a 400 euros phone does same tricks as 1650 euros apple paying 1000+ bucks for a phone makes no sense.

So dear childrens now i going to tell you a story of a company (Bad Evil in this story) which once reign as a king over a smartphone sector and was very tech hungry without a shame of copying stealing and using many bad habbits to have new technology with minimum efforts and claims it as theirs.
But our good friends from Germany and China (King and Queen in this story) found a way how to send this bad evil nuts for being too obsolette on Uncle Qualcomm for stealing his mastercraftwerk. And the tale continues for many year over the court until the final verdict.
Since then bad evil has been send into the history books where it lies since then till forewer.
Noone will cheat Uncle Qualcomm noone.

In 2018 apple bought an so called innovation a bullshit notch with that huge price tag, and now they are so greedy to increase the price even more.
Even that of high price the battery backup is really worst.
Its 2019, its time for Greedy Apple Iphones to destroy completely and enter into the history.

Is it the beginning of the end for Apple?, switching form Lightning to Type-C isn't enough. They need to change their wicked ways or go into the dustbin of history, make way for consumer friendly companies. Apple, you will not be missed.
