Btw Xperia XZ3 appears to be using a LG panel, but we never heard any problem regarding its display
Only Google is that stupid on using their panels, which makes you think that they're very low in quality, when they actually lead the industry when done right
So yeah, you like LG OLED TVs? Well here they are on our smartphones!

I litteraly don't care about the bezels.
I like the bezels of the XR more than the XS/XS Max.
Sometimes a little more fat is not a problem.

Fingers crossed that Samsung (and Apple, for that regard) would finally stop scrounging pennies and put OLED panels that don't use PWM in their 1000$ phones by 2020.

It's 2019 already and Apple's still using 8-bit Samsung Super AMOLED screens?!
Come on, the 2017 XZ Premium has a 10-bit panel already! (Just LCD instead of OLED, but still)
It's a great thing that LG started producing 10-bit OLED screens for smartphones again. Look at the V40's display and see how beautiful that thing is! The Note 9's panel on Adaptive Mode looks pale in comparison to it.
And this is just the reason as to why many people who know claim the Xperia XZ3 to have the best display on a smartphone currently.

Samsung has been doing this since 2008. Even their mid-range and other Chinese OEMs have AMOLED in their mid-range mobiles. It took a decade for stubborn Apple acknowledge the leader in this, Samsung!
