My criticism of the Meizu Zero applies here too, though you add a chin to the mix and no IP68.

Huge regression. No storage expansion. No ports for LOSSLESS, low latency and ultra high quality audio. No ports for fast, reliable data transfer.

I won't use third party apps or services for something as basic as data transfer.

Battery is almost dead but you need to use the phone? Too bad, gotta leave it on the wireless charger.

Ever got your phone saved from a shattered gate thanks to your headphones' cable or the USB charger? Those heroes won't save you next time.

ADB operation is almost impossible.
And what happens if the capacitive touch area on the side stop working? Can't turn on your phone anymore.

Blind people can praise all thet want. This isn't the future.

But phone without any holes and ports is a lot btter innovation than having a foldable tablet which will be too thick for the pockets.

no ports? what do you do if you brick the device? Unless they have a proprietary USB charger/data cable that allows you to fastboot/ADB (ADB thru USB, not wifi) into the device. Very flashy, but right now not practical. If they have the same style wireless charger like Meizu, then it will be an inconvenience to charge it on the go (in the car) or make calls.

Kill the chin. Symmetry is the prime concern for me.

This phone look pretty awesome. :)

This one has a newer SoC than the Meizu one, but overall i prefer the Meizu one by a good margin. That one fully embraces the no-port/no-button concept unlike this one. The whole point of such a device would be to revolutionize the marketplace, and so it should be doubling down on the revolutionary aspect instead of keeping it limited.

Then there's also the fact that the Meizu one has the fastest wireless charging on a phone (or so it claims). It also has IP68 certification to sweeten the deal.

Not to forget that this is a concept phone while the Meizu one is a confirmed device.

Looks flashy but not practical. I'd say my Z5 Pro has slimmer bezels and does what I want from a phone, including the buttons.

i think this is very atractive phone for peopole who use a phone only for calls and texting.maybe there is a very small market for this

All these updates look great.. But I still wonders, is Sony selling that well like others manufactures or just building these to market there products for others manufactures to buy there parts.. Also, either in top 10 devices or top 10 fans , none of the Sony mobiles exists.

The backside is very reflective, so the user can take a selfie by looking at it :-/

BUT it is actually a nice and intuitive idea that touching the camera would activate it - though it of course would leave smudge from the finger on the lens, so might not be practical, but I like the intuitive idea non the less. :)
