If the Xr had a 1080p LCD, this would've been flying off the shelves, probably even outselling their Xs series
but seriously Apple, $1k for your Xs is just plain greedy and stupid, should fire your "consultants" and managers who are asking for $10k salaries per month

XR is a superb phone.
Unfortunately the price really does not reflect what the phone represents and that is a buget option. You sacrifice screen quality, the telephoto camera, some ram etc and all that should be reflected in the price.
When you can get a genuine flagship for less than the price of a budget option something is wrong.

[deleted post]I did consider iPhone X Max 256 ($2000 in my place) but went ahead bought Mate 20 Pro and Note 9 512 GB for $2000. Never regretted. iOS needs to implement quite a few Dual SIM features properly. There is no dual WhatsApp,dual iMessages. Overall screen size is smaller than the actual stated size. Camers are not hear for the price. Though Processor may be great (which may also be responsible for killing batteries) their modems are slower be it Wi-Fi or LTE, that negates A12 advantage a bit.

Even the screen size seems to be lower than stated. Enough being said on its display, single lens camera, lack of 3D touch(Someone taking about fragmentation, now Dual SIM without proper implementation) etc.... There is absolutely no value beyond $500 for such mobiles in competitive environment.

Apple cant understant that many people still prefer lcd screens. Amoled screens can be good for videos but not to normal tasks. Lcd is more confortable to the eyes.

Interesting, so this clearly shows that Apple's customers that still buy their products don't care about the quality of the hardware and specifications instead of buy the cheapest updated one due to wear the bitten apple printed in the phone or one due to being tied to their ecosystem after spending a fortune on accessories and applications. It's ok for Apple, the XR is the cheapest garbage to produce, so they still maintain the high profit. But bad too because the more expensive ones are refused and their customers base decreasing. Android phones are too appeal today and that affect too. Their next year changes could arrive too late.

Way longer battery life
Only thing X has is the better display and smaller. Might as well get a XS.
I don't care for iPhones all that much anymore. I'm very happy using my Androids. I'm more focused now on collecting PlayStations and collecting basketball cards like I'm 12 again.
Foldable phones won't mature until another 2-3 years. The rest of the industry is still stale.

In iphone xr I can't find anything except processor. How to people buy this phone in 800$? I think iphone fan pay only brand not for features. Sub 300$ phones has better features then iphone xr. 800$ phone apple can't provide headphone 🎧 dongle and fast charger what a shame?
