iPhone XS Max successor to look the same, have three rear cameras

Major design changes are only coming in 2020, which is also when iPhones will get a 3D camera on the back.

Unlike the past (4,4s-5,5s-6,6s...) The customers expect a new design... If they introduce another phone with same design, It will be another failure.We are tired of same designs . I miss the apple once crowned as the king of smartphones, does their r&d team died ?!

    Droid phones are in the same boat. Bean counters are running the show now, NOT designers.

    Cell phones are now just another monetized commodity to be squeezed for the bottom dollar, nothing more.

      By 2020, no one will care what Apple does with their phone designs since they will look the same as all the Droid phones, which will be just as bad as they are now.

      Innovation is no longer a goal in the cell phone world. Just copy the next company's design. Look at all the Chinese brands. Nothing but cookie cutter designs. Slide a camera over a couple mm, and call it a "new, innovative" design. Pathetic

        Apple using Standard USB C? I dont believe it and.full dark mode is nice hope Google implements it in Android Q too

          Using the same elegant design for 3 years is a great move from Apple. Not like other OEMs, keep changing design and every year getting ugly and uglier

            They are not going to rock the boat for now with another price increase (they should drastically reduce all of their prices or take some rest). TC has clearly mentioned that product lifecycle is around 3 years and we may not get surprised that the newer edition after X series might come in 2020 or 2021.....Until then they just increase the size, reduce notch, provide touch id, A13, RAM increase....typical spec bump....and if you are unlucky and stuck in iOS ecosystem then you will be slapped with an increase of $200 from $1500 plus taxes!

                      No , shape is not same.
                      Shape is like iPhone 4,4s.
                      Smaller notch.
                      No volume buttons
                      No physical silent button.
