Lugano, 19 Dec 2011iPhone never has such issues because it has the best mobile... moreofcourse iOS doesn't have issues, because what we call 'issues' are called 'functionality' to you iOS fans

      e.g -
      1) DST issues in every single iOS device, I mean the amazing DST function that doesn't get it right everytime.

      2) Antenna function that reminds the user how they should hold their phone. Too bad they removed that now.

There are so many features that iOS has but I can't remember them all, it's too overwhelming.

Lugano, 19 Dec 2011iPhone never has such issues because it has the best mobile... moreYes, but iPhone has other funny issues, such as: Antenna death grip, battery issue, alarm fail in first day of year, and many many other problems (or inventions!)

Never see the iPhone having these problems do you?
They launch a new software and within weeks it still has the SAME glitches.
Why do you think Apple make so much money? And can charge what they do?
Don't you think if companies like Samsung, HTC etc could charge as much as Apple they would do? The point is they can't because the software/hardware doesnt justify the huge price tag. But Apple clearly can, you need to realise its a bandwagon for a reason. Apple customers want quality and wont settle for anything less!

another thing people should note is that certain developers have not updated there apps to support ICS - this will take time.

If a certain app is not working its not necessarily androids fault, the developer need to update the app to support ics.

Once ICS starts filtering out there will be less app integration issues.

uncle bob, 19 Dec 2011what you going on about did you not read its fixed with 4.3... moreIf I understand correctly his app problems had nothing to do with this. I'm sure WP7 has bugs too, but that text bug is stupid example since it was something a security researcher found and isn't actually out there

Although you couldn't really tell from all the comments here saying they have it ;)

I've had this issue in Heavy Gunner, also when playing NFS Shift the screen constantly dims and you have too keep pausing and unpausing. I understand though that it's a new phone but isnt that what BETA's are for??? Testing......

well... it seems to me that as far as Andriod goes Gingerbread is perfect OS, as it is stable, bugs free now being in 2.3.6 sub-version. ICS does look gorgeous, but it is evident it hasn't been properly tested and the release has been premature.

Galaxy Nexus is certainly a dissappointment device - lack of Gorilla Glass, lack of sd card slot, sub-par camera...

I bought a Galxy Note just last week and it is absolutely awesome running Gingerbread... I am definitely not going to play around with any ICS custom rom releases... perhaps will update one Samsung releases the official one.

Been having quite a few problems in particular apps too that ran fine on 2.3. May consider a move to a different platform.
