They had their phone out first and announced before apple had even come close. By the way android was bought from another company who was already working on it way before apple as well. Google & all Android manufacturers should sue the rotten apple for copying Android's notification bar and banned all apple's product for good.

HTC Android phones could be banned from the US next year .... COULD BE BUT WILL BE NOT....to change software will not take very long for manufacturer.
AND WHY GSMARENA IS STILL USING OLD HTC LOGO!!!??? It's like using rotten apple for iphone

Now they are suing Apple over smileys in Germany, even though iOS doesn't use them.
Now that Apple has WON on this one they are free to hit Samsung back with it and hit them hard :p

Ok all this business of companies suing each other is just getting out of hand now, yeah i see what the deal is here, but like the article says "Apple cant sue Android" so does this mean they could go crazy and just go after Samsung, LG etc all other companies that use this feature in Android also???

Besides Apple and Nokia settled, Nokia is free to use some of Apple's patents, the "bounce back" one for instance.
