Furthermore it has less space for better hardware designs. The little bezel on forehead/chin are great because it can be have better grip in landscape posture and your finger won't be cover the video.

Glad they are bringing back the 3.5mm jack. I was on a plane and they did not allow the use of a bluetooth (headphones) during the entire duration of the flight, which I found odd. Normally, it is during take off and landings. Glad, I am using my wired headphones. You can use wired headphones during take and landings (so long as the phone is in flight mode). Plus a wired headphone does not need charging....

Is that why the snapdragon 808 and especially 810 were such a HUGE FAILURE? Because TSMC made them?
SnapDragon 810 killed Sony's image per example, everybody saying Sony's phones overheat, when in fact it was the processor being the faulty one. In fact ALL brands that used 810 had these problems. The only one that didn't was Samsung because they had Exynos.
Let's hope they don't screw things again with 855.
I wouldn't be so proud with TSMC. Seems all they did was to screw the image of notorious brands.
Also, I'm using the S8+. I never said I'm against Korean tech.
I don't like crapple and china brands FYI.

These days people love to use european/american brands to increase the sales, but the real technologies are coming from korea/china/taiwan.

Mmmmmm, 14 Feb 2019Really?? Then check the latest article...I was really shocked last night, seeing this site presents those rumors about name changing as real news, because both sources they provided are popular with fake news about pretty much every new phone, not just Xperias. Just open the sources in this article and wait for google to translate it. Will you look at their headlines and every description they provide for each ˝new˝ phone? I assume this site finally realised how much clicks they can achieve if they write something about Sony brand, even as a rumor. We all know Sony articles are the most commented. So, from business prospective I can't really blame them... I just didn't expect them to jump so fast on rumors wagon, right after I said those rumors and sites from which they are coming from are 99% fake. LoL

Today's Sony makes the best phones they've ever made and the best flagship Android phones in general. It's totally incomparable to what was Sony doing in '14-'15.
