Lovely design, fast nice looking build of Android, USB-C charging (fairly rare at L1 launch year), so I can imagine the L3 is even better. And the L1 only cost about £150 for a very good phone.

I dont... moreso huawei y7 prime is sd430 and if this L3 even have a sd450 , that chinese brand device looks cheap in build quality and has same 200usd tag
so stop bashing Sony which has better os stability then almost all the oem's out there
Not to mention it will be a better product then 200 offerings by huawei

There’s mention of a 3,300 mAh battery, 32GB of on-board storage and 2GB of RAM. There’s no mention of a CPU but the phone would come with Android Oreo 8.1 out of the box.
Read the text man and only Oreo.
Sony is creepy.

Apart from Android 8.1, if it has a good CPU, it seems rather ok. I'm still not sure about the camera though, because I have an Xperia M4 Aqua with a 13MP camera and that is not even as good as the iPhone 4s, maybe on par with iPhone 4 (and I know what I'm talking because I have every iPhone from 3GS to 5s)

Sony please pack your garbage as HTC did and go home.
You are only good at TVs and Audio but thats it.
Definitely not worth to reccomend or buy.

I guess the best decision is for sony to step down from entry level market, I'm not saying they are bad, but entry level market is a tough marker that's been dominated by Chinese company. The market is low margin and sony aren't really breaking through either, so they should focus on midranger and high end

Feels like Sony threw out their entire design team and theme. Their designs have gone from subjectively beautiful (some of still liked the Z and early XZ designs) to objectively bonkers (out-of-whack aspect ratios, derivative models)!
