Xiaomi Mi 9 unveiled with 48MP triple camera, 20W wireless charging

Compared to the Mi 8, the phone adds an ultra-wide cam, Snapdragon 855, in-display FP reader and a larger screen.

"The Xiaomi Mi 9 brings a major improvement in fast charging. The company calls it Charge Turbo and it can deliver up to 27W over USB-C. However, the standard retail package comes with an 18W charger instead (matching the Mi 8)"

Of course that they bring in package slower 18W charger instead 27W... Like in Mi 8...

    Is the sapphire for the lens cover real sapphire or more like the one Apple uses.
    Also , extremely disappointing to see no Waterproofing. The only thing missing on an otherwise excellent spec sheet.

        While Mi8 was the duplicate of iPhone X (which was iPhone's flagship phone), it makes most people shout boooo.....
        Now, while Mi9 is the duplicate of any mid-range/cheap phones whatever the brands are, it make people silent.

          I am freaking impressed by all this. Hopefully it lives up to the specs and hype.
