The GALAXY S10/S10+/S10e looks nice in my opinion, though I'm not a big fan of the punch hole. Quite interested to see how the new Dynamic AMOLED stacks in the competition to be honest, especially when they're the first ones to have HDR10+. As for the cameras, the wide angle camera is included for all three, and it's certainly nice to see the GALAXY S10e/S10 having it too, given the fact that the non plus model always comes with a single camera. It seems like the GALAXY S10+ got the biggest battery size bump of all three, though this shouldn't be surprising as their GALAXY NOTE 9 packs a 4000mAh battery, 100mAh lesser than this. One disappointment I have is that they're still using their Adaptive Fast Charge which is Quick Charge 2.0 equivalent, don't know how long it has been here but this needs an upgrade. Another disappointment is that the GALAXY S10e's fingerprint sensor is placed a little too high in my opinion, I've tried using my mother's GALAXY S8 as a reference to how high the fingerprint sensor is placed on the GALAXY 10e since they're both similar in size, and through this rough idea it seems like it's placed a little too high, right above the GALAXY S8's power button. If you're the type who uses your smartphone with the bottom right edge pressed on your palm, then you're going to have a slight issue with it. But other than that, everything looks fine for them, I guess

No ultra wide front camera is disappointing, depth sensing is useless!
Only Pixel and LG have secondary ultra wide for group selfie

No BIG changes or innovations for a 10 year anniversary phone, but to be fair they didn't mention/market it as the 10th anniversary much as Apple did - maybe because of the lack of revolutionary changes.
All things considered, almost every feature of the S9 generation was improved upon, which is great just as it is expected. Just that there was no standout or never-before-seen smartphone feature.
The S10 family the way I see it is neither exciting nor boring. As typical Samsung fashion, it has every feature of a modern day flagship phone - nothing less, nothing more.
Don't get me wrong - all the improved and added small features are in themselves exciting. For eg. the new ultra wide camera, the Dynamic AMOLED, reverse wireless charging, ultrasonic FPR, higher STB ratio or say even the punch-hole front camera. But it's not like we really can't live without these. It's not like we haven’t seen the same or similar albeit a bit inferior features as these in other phones or even Samsung's own previous generation smartphones. Which makes the S9 and Note 9 even more attractive with the now lower prices, practically speaking. It's not like these previous gen phones suddenly start to look so much inferior - no, all that we need in a smartphone and practically similar features of the new S10 are all pretty much there.
Although for the most part it feels exciting to hold, test and even own one of the S10s, the meagre battery capacity (except maybe for S10+) and its charging speed coupled with high asking price, no big change (like, say, the surprising crazy new charging speed, crazy main camera and Night Mode when the Huawei Mate 10 Pro was announced) and surprising great new features negate all the excitement.
I had big expectations from Samsung the market leader, I won't say I am disappointed but just that there were no surprises. Even more so that I don't say these are bad phones - almost certainly these will be the phones to beat all through the year and a benchmark for others to design and make their own phones.

Xiaomi's answer to the S10e has double the RAM, the same Snapdragon 855 as all of these, and starts at just €395.
Youd think given how well received the Galaxy M was, Samsung would start to realise the value of "narrow profit margins" pricing so that it would be SIGNIFICANTLY more appealing to the consumer...

Anonymous, 20 Feb 2019Capitalism is coming into full effect here with the price. It's called inflation.
Due to quantitive easying fiat money ($, Eur) lose their value so everything is getting more expensive actually. Not just phones.
If you keep your wealth gold or in general something deflationary you will not see this effect.
For example I can buy more phones with my Bitcoin rn as compared to 3 years ago. I think people should stop storing value to inflationary assets. That way everything *seems* to become more expensive (they are not actually, to me everything is cheaper these days because my Job is paying me in Bitcoin, in part, for the last 2 years).
What you see is not capitalism. It is inflation, your money is getting more and more worthless (and is doing that for 200 years at least).

Darshada, 20 Feb 20196 cameras... it's getting ridiculous. I'm a photographer an... moreThe best telescopes in the world are offered by having multiple lenses/viewers.
So if you want optics of high quality you need AI+multiple lenses.
Phones may end up getting better cameras because of that (10 different lenses + AI) may beat one quality lens as is found in pro grade cameras.
Phones may seriously be the future of even pro photography , you have to seriously consider what multiple lenses of different capabilities + AI (to stitch the result together) can create...

Finally 12GB of RAM on a phone that supports Ubuntu!
Tried to work with Ubuntu on Dex but it was a no go. 6GB is a no-go for a dev environment. 12 GB of RAM finally becomes passable and probably will try to ditch my laptop if S10+ delivers.
So happy that an obvious use case of phones (desktop replacement / work environment) is first being delivered.
Once we go to 16-32 GB of RAM with desktop grade performance (we are close in both) I'll prolly throw my Desktop away too, and go one-device in everything (in laptop shell for portable computing, in Dex Dock when home computing). Bye bye having one million devices and clutter.

6 cameras... it's getting ridiculous. I'm a photographer and I use only 2 prime lenses. Even on my iPhone Xs I barely use the telephoto camera, and if i take 3 selfies a year, it's a lot.
I hope the phone makers will get over this camera-race very soon and offer more useful innovations...

Essen, 20 Feb 2019Interesting how all the promo shots have screen wallpapers ... moreThe e is a belter. Only downside is that battery. But it is a flat display! Possibly £100 over price, given the battery.

Vshs, 20 Feb 2019Shame that umidigi can fit a 5100 mah battery in their F1 t... moreDefinitely the a chilled heel for Samsung, in their e device and the main s10. The plus is rocking 4100mA, which is about right. Needed 3400mA in the e and 3750 in the S10, then the prices would be ok.

very disappointed, Samsung with all that technology on screen manufacturing and still cannot archived zero bazels like apple did two years ago...ok and a notch but who cares.
Notch looks much better than a random asymmetric hole on my screen...and a bottom bezel.
But again Samsung proved once more lack of innovation on design at least..

Whackcar, 20 Feb 2019So pretty much everything that was leaked & no surprise... moreI wouldn't say "no" surprises, but very few. Hence the reason that they had to kick start the applause. That said, they are great devices. Just a shame at the high pricing. Costs are already up for contract prices.... They are not cheap.
