Wow!!! IF i hav 50K, i would rather just hav a big christmas party wit my friend instead of buying this phone. But hey if the billionaire wont waste money, then how on earth would other company get income :)

For 50 grand I'd want something that didn't look like a 1980s TV remote control.Even if I had money to burn I'd feel deeply insulted if someone tried to sell me something as ugly as that for that sort of money.

Only the "new rich", like we say in Portugal will buy this phone. It´s $50,000 down the drain. You can buy a nice car with that money. There are houses cheaper than this phone. There are people struggling for a job and with no money and food to give their kids and there is a brand that launch a phone like this? Unbelivable.

These people are just..i dont know..How dumbass you have to be,or on which planet you should be living to build such a jewel with highest end materials and after all that..to ruin it with...Symbian???!!! I mean..even if i got the money..,even if i would like to invest 50 grand in golden phone..,the fact that it has the same slow,retarded,laggy and disgusting OS would keep me miles away from it!!! Hey this is an exclusive product collectors item !!! Not an everyday purchase. People have to understand that there are multi-billionaires around the globe with money to burn,some inherited that wealth others are self made.do not get jealous that some people can afford to splurge like that. If I was a millionaire, I wouldn't be spending 50k on this montrosity! It's got diamonds and is made out of gold? Great!! More thieves are going to want to go for this than any other smart phone on the market.
You might as well hold a big arrow above your head with the sign "pickpockets! $50,000 phone here!! Free to your hand!!"
I'd be much happier spending 1% of that on a top notch smartphone that actually has features, other than being made out of gold.
Again, with the current state of the economy, how can companies stand up and seriously sell a product like this? Rediculous.
